The Office of Educational Affairs is in charge of the study administration of full-time BA and MA students.

Students can turn to the Office of Educational Affairs with the following issues:

• enrolment, start of the studies
• late registration: active or passive status
• late course registration
• course registration issues
• credit transfer issues
• progress check
• grade complaints
• GPA check
• graduation issues
• Thesis title registration
• Thesis submission problems
• application for Final Examination
• pre-degree certificate (absolutorium)
• credit exceeding issues
• study related fees (except for the tuition fee)
• special requests to the Educational Committee
• asking for a Transcript of Records for further admission

There are no office hours between 1^st August -1^st September 2024!

Please consider that between 2^nd – 13^th September 2024, the office will be occupied with the enrolment. Students visiting the office during this time may need to wait longer to get assistance.
