My research areas include the Korean language, Korean as a foreign language (KFL) pedagogy, and the pedagogical integration of Korean culture. I study the role of Korean culture in language teaching, approaches to teaching culture through language, and the development of intercultural competence, with a particular emphasis on the implementation and challenges of university-level Korean language education in Hungary.
