Department of International Affairs
Please follow the instructions you received from your coordinator by Neptun/email. The documents for finishing your mobility are available below.
Documents
Registering for subjects you can not register yourself in Neptun System, you need to ask the teacher's persmission to attend the course onto our downloadable GUEST STUDENT FORM.
End of mobility and final documents
Most of the international exchange students request a Certificate of Attendance/Departure/Stay document at the end of the mobility period to attest to their period of study abroad. Erasmus+ exchange students normally have a blank form of this document as part of the Erasmus+ mobility documentation compiled by the sending university. However, should this document not be handy, Erasmus+ and the other exchange students can download a blank sample of the CoA edited by us from the website of our faculty.
If you need this document, please download it, fill this out with the requested details and give it to your administrative coordinator persionally for her/his signature and official stamp.
