Registration and useful information for our incoming Erasmus and other mobility students

Dear ERASMUS Student,

Thank you for choosing the Faculty of Humanities as the faculty for your ERASMUS+ mobility.

Please follow the steps below for your successful registration:

  1. Nomination by your sending instituion
  2. Online registration: only after confirmed nomination
  3. Send your Learning Agreement (LA) to your ELTE departmental coordinator
  4. Organize your arrival
  5. Participate in the Orientation Week of ELTE Faculty of Humanities (further information later)
We kindly ask you to complete our ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM (link is sent in our e-mail confirming your nomination). The deadline for registration is 24:00 10th June 2020. Please find our Privacy notice also here.

Please pay extreme attention to answer all the required questions marked with an * . If a required question is missed, your Registration Form is not complete. It is very important, otherwise we will not be able to request your NEPTUNE CODE, which you will definitely need to use the NEPTUN Education System.

End of mobility

Please follow the instructions you received from your coordinator by Neptun/email. The documents for finishing your mobility are available below.

Confirmation of Stay
Most of the international exchange students request a CoS document at the end of the mobility period to attest to their period of study abroad. Erasmus+ exchange students normally have a blank form of this document as part of the Erasmus+ mobility documentation compiled by the sending university. However, should this document not be handy, Erasmus+ and the other exchange students can download a blank sample of the CoS edited by us from the website of our faculty (see above)
If you need this document, please download it, fill this out with the requested details and send it to your administrative coordinator who will check out the information and will send you back the document with an official accompanying letter/text so that you can present the CoS as well to your home university in order to successfully close the after mobility administration at the home institution.
