The Latest Erasmus+ Partnership Collaboration Launched by our Faculty
The project titled “RECALL: A Study of Central European Places of Memory for Collective Remembrance” aims to contribute to the preservation and accessibility of cultural heritage using digital technologies.
The project's objectives include strengthening Central European identity through the mapping and study of common historical and cultural heritage, expanding knowledge about Central European history, and creating a network of students for collective remembrance.
The project will focus on identifying shared historical and cultural heritage sites across four Central European countries (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland) to emphasize the region's common identity and foster a sense of unity.
Expected Outcomes:
- Four online maps of common historical places.
- An online catalog on collective memory and Central European history.
- A 12-module online micro-course on common memory and Central European history.
- Strengthened Central European identity among academic staff, researchers, professors, students, and other stakeholders.
- A collective remembrance network with student ambassadors.
- Enhanced long-term academic cooperation among partners.
