The „Ancient Studies Afternoons” lecture series continues with a talk by Prof. Dr. John Weisweiler.

Organized jointly by the Department of Ancient History and the Department of Classical and Roman Provincial Archaeology, the event features invited speakers presenting their research and findings.

At the upcoming session, Prof. Dr. John Weisweiler, professor at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, will give a lecture entitled: A Conflict of Ideas in the Later Roman Empire? Pannonian Emperors, Senatorial Elites and the Disintegration of the Later Roman State.
