ELTE Faculty of Humanities has a new Faculty leadership
The Faculty Council has approved the new vice-deans on 21 January 2021. They will help the work of the new Dean, Dr Dávid Bartus who is in charge from 1 February 2021.

Four vice-deans will contribute during the next 5-year-long cycle as usual:

  • Ildikó Horn, DsC Professor, as Vice-Dean for general affairs. She is a member of MTA (Hungarian Academy of Sciences), and the Head of the Institute of Historical Studies at the Faculy.
  • Krisztina Horváth, CSc Associate professor, as Vice-Dean for education continuing her assignment starting in 2014. She is also the Head of the Institute of Romance Studies and the Department of French Language and Literature.
  • Judit Bóna, PhD Associate professor, as Vice-Dean for research and academic affairs. She is the Deputy-Head of the Institute of Hungarian Linguistics and Finno-Ugric Studies.
  • Ildikó Horváth, PhD Associate professor, as Vice-Dean for international affairs. She is the Head of the Institute of Language Mediation.

The assignment of the vice-deans takes until the end of the Dean's cycle, 31 January 2026.
